Hospice hopes to benefit from extra recycling
Lindsey Lodge Hospice hopes to benefit from a North Lincolnshire Council campaign to encourage households currently NOT recycling textile waste to make a start.
The campaign is not aimed at households that currently support charity through donating goods to charity shops. Lindsey Lodge Hospice needs people to continue to donate goods direct to its Hospice Shops. The scheme does not replace this need and is not an alternative way of donating goods direct to Hospice Shops.
The aim is to encourage extra recycling from which the hospice will benefit from up to £35 per tonne.
We hope that people who don't currently recycle textile waste will start to do so and that Lindsey Lodge Hospice will raise more funds for patient care.
Watch out for the leaflets and special bags coming through your door.
