Friday night out...

Had a great night out on Friday at the Redbourn Club.  One of my 'minders' Anne said I should let my fur down a bit and spend time partying with some of the hospice nurses.  It seemed good to me so off I went.

Hospice supporter Brian Baines, who also edits the Scunthorpe Entertainer mag arranged the gig with The Rumbleband playing.  It was a sell out.  I couln't believe how many people helped behind the scenes to make the evening a big success.  The band rocked, the audience loved it and I got to sit on lots of laps and have my ears tickled.  A big thanks to everyone who did their bit for Lindsey Lodge.

It's a tough life being the mascot of Lindsey Lodge Hopsice but somebody has to do it.  After a full night's bopping to the motown beat and trying to keep up with the nurses I staggered over the thank Brian and collapsed on his lap...

Anne took me back to the Hospice and gently laid me in the cupboard.  All this fun and money raised as well.  Terrific.
