To France and Spain

I got the chance to go to France with my friends Margaret and Arthur Searby from Scunthorpe.  Margaret got to know me about six years ago.  She and Arthur like to support Lindsey Lodge and they like to travel.  Margaret told me that as Arthur wouldn't dress up in funny costumes (anymore) she'd like me to tag along.  No such thing as free trip is there...?

I was much admired by other travellers, especially in the Monet Gardens, which I thought were quite magnificent.  Fortunately Margaret didn't drop me in the water...

Next up was a trip to Benidorm.  It was Viva Espagna all the way!  Margaret had signed up for the Lindsey Lodge Sleepwalk, which took place in June 2007.  I managed to help her by persuading a holidaymaker to sponsor her.  I am a bear of many talents.

The really good bit though was when Arthur sneaked me out for a drink at a special bar he'd found...

No doubt I'll be whisked off somewhere else by Margaret and Arthur.  I daresay by other people too.  It's all good for a laugh and people from all over like hear about the good work at Lindsey Lodge.
