She said: "I feel fortunate that I was able to take part in the event and support fundraising for such a worthwhile cause.
"I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and two thirds of the way into the ride I decided to set myself a personal challenge of completing in under three hours - which I did with several minutes to spare!"
