Location To be based across hospice shops as required by the Head of Retail (to be assigned a main base shop but on occasion, and in exceptional circumstances flexibility required to work within any hospice retail unit).

Bank Retail Supervisor-
Are you experienced retail worker with experience of working in a busy store?
Are you experienced in sales and customer care?
Do you have experience of the retail operations environment in relation to working within a charity retail setting?
Are you able to work flexibly as there may be more hours worked some weeks to cover holidays and the need to work some weekends?
The Role –
Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare has 9 stores, we are looking for Bank Shop Supervisors to work alongside the shop Manager and provide them with day to day supervisory cover during holidays, illness and when the Manager is working at other shops. You will be responsible for working with an experienced volunteer team to maximise sales within the store.
We are keen to hear from applicants with visual merchandising skills and are encouraging those with creative skills in order to ensure the store is well stocked and operating efficiently, professionally with high standards and improved levels of income.
