Salary range Band 2 £17,652 to £19,020 pro rata
We have an opportunity for a retail supervisor to join our newly established Retail Distribution Centre team. This role involves ensuring systems are followed for goods inwards, sorting and distribution in and from the Centre. The post holder will work as a key member within the team to support effective management of all donations in order that our Hospice shops generate maximum income and will also include effective supervision of volunteers. The successful candidate will have some previous retail/stock control experience, preferably within the charity sector together with excellent people skills to support the workforce and positively represent the hospice. A proactive and commercially driven approach is also essential.
Lindsey Lodge Hospice is an independent charity providing specialist palliative care to patients with life-limiting conditions and support to their families and carers.
