Good luck to Jon and Craig!

Good luck to Jon Savage and Craig Woodward who are taking on the Ironman triathlon in Italy on 21 September in aid of Lindsey Lodge Hospice and SOBS!
 
The race will require them to complete a 2.4 mile open water swim in the sea, followed by a 112 mile road bike and finish off with a marathon distance run (26.2 miles).
 
Between them this year, Jon and Craig have swam 201 miles, ran 254 miles and cycled 3,629 miles over a combined training time of 492 hours!
