Hospice teams up with golf club for charity quiz evening

Lindsey Lodge Hospice is teaming up with its golf club neighbours to hold a fundraising charity quiz on Thursday 19 October.

We're inviting teams of up to quiz enthusiasts to sign up for its ‘Around the world in 80 questions’, which will be held at Ashby Decoy Golf Club.

Lindsey Lodge Hospice Corporate Fundraiser Kirsty Walker said: “There’s nothing quite like a good pub quiz to bring out the competitive spirit, especially when there’s a prize at stake.

“We’re challenging quiz lovers – whether it’s pub players, local businesses, or friends and family to submit a team of up to six members, to join us for a fun night out. There’s no limit to the number of teams an organisation can enter, so we’re sure there’ll be some friendly rivalry along the way!”

For a £20 entry fee, teams will be quizzed by Question Master Keith Moody at Ashby Decoy, and will include free nibbles. There will also be a raffle and all important top prize for the winners.
