Lindsey Lodge Opens New Store in Brigg

Lindsey Lodge is moving its Brigg charity store into the Old Chapel located on Wrawby Street (formally Lovelle Estate Agents) later this month. Opening on Thursday 22nd February at 10am the new store will take the place of Lindsey’s pre-loved boutique located a few doors down and bring a fresh new look to the retail portfolio. The store will feature donated clothing, books, bric-a-brac along with a range of new gifts and accessories.

Lindsey Lodge retail aim to provide the Brigg community with more than just a charity store, but also an information hub where they can link in to various aspects of the Hospice. Including access to service information and a wide variety of ways the community can support local hospice care.

The new store launch comes off the back of The Lindsey Lodge Roadshow which launched in Brigg last month, bringing the Lindsey Lodge services out on the road for the very first time.

Amy Lowsley, Head of Retail for Lindsey Lodge, tells us more.

“We are really excited to move our Brigg Charity Shop into a brand new store. We have great support from the Brigg community and whilst our current store has been a success it’s time to move to a larger premises and expand our offering. Our Charity shops are of vital importance to everything we do at Lindsey Lodge, being responsible for a third of the income generated to keep it running year on year. The Old Chapel is a beautiful building and we look forward to this exciting new chapter”

The opening takes place on Thursday 22nd February and will be attended by various members of the Lindsey Lodge team as well as celebratory cake from The Lindsey Lodge catering team. Everyone is welcome to join the staff from 10am.

The current shop known as ‘Lindsey’s’ will close on Saturday 17th February at 4.30pm.
