Wellbeing resources for #mentalhealthawarenessweek

As we come to the end of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, we wanted to share with you how are Wellbeing team are helping patients during these difficult and unusual times.
Our BEEP programme is being delivered to patients virtually, and the team delivered a session on anxiety, stress management and breaking out of a low mood. Although elements of this link to their specific respiratory conditions, it also applies to Covid-19 as the experience is very similar.
The feedback from patients and their carers has been positive, as the sessions help to maintain motivation and establish routines, as well as being able to talk about their worries and concerns in a safe way.
