Yvette visits to say thanks

Our Wellbeing Team had a special visit yesterday from Yvette, whose husband Stuart was a patient at the Wellbeing Centre for 10 months. Stuart sadly passed away in March and Yvette popped in with cupcakes to show her gratitude to the team.

Stuart attended the Wellbeing Centre every Thursday, so yesterday Yvette was able to meet and thank the volunteers that knew him, the Family Support team and some of the ambulance crew who transport patients. Together they shared fond memories of Stuart with coffee and a cake.

Yvette wanted to share her story for our #CheersFor30Years campaign. She said: “I can’t thank the team enough, I’m delighted with the care and support they gave Stuart and I.”
