Northern Lincolnshire End of Life Partnership Learning Pathway

The Northern Lincolnshire End of life Partnership was created to take a system wide approach to deliver sustainable improvements in the quality of care provided to patients and their families the the end of life. Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare is a key member of this partnership. Staff with the right training and support was identified as a key area for improvement. To reach over 3000 people working across health and social care on Northern Lincolnshire, we approached this by:
  • The use of consistent end of life learning outcomes
  • Adopting validated learning outcomes developed by Health Education England
  • Developing a bespoke education programme to support the achievement of the priority learning outcomes
  • The development of an online learning pathway designed for 10 separate staff groups
Lindsey Lodge have been instrumental in the adoption of the learning outcomes and the development of the education programme by providing dedicated personnel and hours to the partnership.

The Northern Lincolnshire End of Life Learning Pathway is hosted by Future NHS Platform
