Treecycling service is back for 2024!
Save yourself the hassle of trying to cram your Christmas tree in your car, the inevitable pine needle clean up and do something amazing for the environment at the same time.
Register for our Tree-cycling service and we'll collect your tree between 8 and 21 January for a small minimum donation of £10*.
Please note we cannot give a specific slot for when it will be collected.
We can collect from the following postcodes: DN9 1, DN15, DN16, DN17, DN18, DN19, DN20, DN21 3, DN21 4, DN38, DN39
Please indicate where you will leave your tree, ready for collection and ensure your tree is accessible,
unfortunately we cannot except tree's that are bigger than 7ft.
Why Tree-cycle?
Well firstly, we think the most important reason is that your donation will help us to care for North Lincolnshire people with life-limiting or terminal illnesses.
However, there are loads of extra amazing reasons to sign up for Tree-cycling. Your tree will be taken to be chipped. These chippings can then be used in community spaces, biomass boilers, to enhance the environment for farmyard animals or used for mulch in gardens. That’s a big tick in the looking after our environment column.
