People tell us our hospice is a beacon of light in the community, so by stepping up and going for the glow, you’ll be helping us spread the love around the town on our walk!
This year, we’re encouraging men, women and young people aged 13 and over (accompanied by a responsible adult) to take part in our 30,000 step challenge in aid of Lindsey Lodge Hospice, and we’re hoping you’ll all wear something that glows, so we can light up the route along the way!
As well as our new name, we’ve also created a brand new route around Scunthorpe, and for the very first time we’ll be setting off and finishing at Lindsey Lodge Hospice, which is where all your hard earned sponsorship money helps us to provide the best possible specialist palliative care to all our patients, as well as care and support for their loved ones.
Registration costs just £12.50 per person
If you register before 6 April 2018, you’ll receive a free GlowWalk T shirt (which will cost £5 is you register after that date). You’ll also be eligible for our free prize draw, where you could win yourself your very own Fitbit!
We’ll encourage you with your stepping
We’ll invite you to join us for three step training events, to help you pace yourself for the challenge at 5K, 10K and 15K steps – and you’ll have the chance to meet our team, along with some of the other Glow Steppers who’ve signed up.
