
Staff and Volunteer Wellbeing
Lindsey Lodge have a dedicated Wellness Working Group who meet to discuss and facilitate wellness support for staff and volunteers. The group meet on a monthly basis and work on a number of initiatives for both staff and volunteers, as well as sharing useful resources and information around wellness throughout the month.
The Wellness Group includes:

The idea of the committee is to provide a cross-section of staff from across the organisation to consider initiatives to support the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of our workforce. They hold events throughout the year that support and offer social activities for staff and volunteers to participate in, please see details below.

The committee is proud to have achieved the silver award from North Lincolnshire Council for a healthy working place. They continue to work collaboratively with the Council to strive for a gold award as a Healthy Workplace, the award recognises engagement with partner organisations to access wellbeing resources and initiatives to support best practice within LLH
Spectrum Life Employee Assistance Programme and Wellbeing Platform
Spectrum Life is our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Wellbeing Platform.
The Platform is available to all employed staff at Lindsey Lodge, and is a free, confidential counselling and wellbeing support service available to Lindsey Lodge employees, their partners/spouse and dependent children over 16 still living at home. The service is available 24/7, 265 days a year offering support on a wide range of issues.
