Staff and Volunteer Wellbeing
Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare is an organisation rooted in the value of compassion, going above and beyond, respect and dignity and excellence in all that we do. We recognise and aim to demonstrate these behaviours, which ensure we always work within our four core values.
- Caring Compassionately
- Above and Beyond
- Respect and Dignity
- Excellence
A priority is to support our workforce and to promote good physical, mental and psychological health and wellbeing. We are also working with North Lincs Council and participating in their healthy workplace award scheme demonstrating our commitment to becoming a healthier workplace by achieving a silver award. We also offer access to ‘spectrum life,’ an external employee assistance programme – this includes a free confidential counselling and wellbeing support service available to hospice employees 24/7 365 days a year.

The committee is proud to have achieved the silver award from North Lincolnshire Council for a healthy working place. They continue to work collaboratively with the Council to strive for a gold award as a Healthy Workplace, the award recognises engagement with partner organisations to access wellbeing resources and initiatives to support best practice within LLH
