What will I get out of volunteering?
That depends on the reasons you chose to volunteer. Volunteering is a great way to employ existing skills or further your knowledge whilst also meeting new people and improving confidence.
Will I be interviewed?
All roles involve an invite for a taster session, this provides an opportunity to spend time in the work area and understand the role requirements. An informal chat and application form will follow if you and the Line Manager agree your suitability for the volunteer role.

What support will I get?
Your Line Manager will be the main point of contact, you can approach them with any questions, concerns, or enquiries on health and safety. We encourage Line Managers to have a catch up with volunteers to check how they are getting on, address any issues and discuss opportunities.
Can I leave if I don’t like it?
