
Activity & Performance
Our data is collected on a monthly basis across all clinical areas of the hospice to better understand the range activity undertaken for patients who access services at Lindsey Lodge and the outcomes of care provided. This data is discussed monthly at our clinical leads monthly meeting to identify any trends or areas of improvement if applicable.
A quarterly report is produced and discussed at Quality Assurance meetings, a subcommittee of the Board in order there is support and oversight on the safety and quality of our care provided to those accessing services. This is shared with other health and social care professionals in order we can work in partnership with others to reflect and improve upon our care services. The NHS support a percentage of the cost of care services and our data is shared with them regularly in order they are equally assured on the quality of care local residents are receiving within the organisation.
Quality
We have a number of quality performance indicators that are collected on a monthly basis for all areas of the hospice to evidence the quality of care and services for patients who access services at Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare. This data is then discussed monthly at our clinical leads meeting to identify any trends or areas of improvement as appropriate.
A quarterly report is then produced and discussed at Quality Assurance meetings to evidence the quality of our care for Lindsey Lodge per quarter. This is shared with others and used for ongoing discussions with our local commissioners.
