Clinical Impact Group

Led by members of the clinical team, the Clinical Impact Group (CIG) is designed to support research activity and follows similar principles to that of a journal club. The aim of CIG is to be an evidence-based quality improvement group, reviewing evidence for solutions to clinical problems and to help inform quality improvement projects within the organisation.

CIG is held on a quarterly basis and is open to all professionals, and volunteers, who are based within the hospice.

The discussions and information had within CIG reports into the hospice governance structure to help inform clinical and strategic direction.
