Our Dementia Friends trainers Karen Andrew and Sally Watson took their training to the Winterton Lions who very kindly donated £1,000 to purchase specialised dementia equipment for our patients. Another 31 Dementia Friends were trained, bringing the total to 167, now including our youngest Dementia Friend, Anneka, aged 12.
