Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare are looking for energetic and flexible Bank Retail Supervisors to support our 11 Charity Shops. Are you an experienced retail worker with experience of working in a busy store? With great customer service skills? A supportive and kind approach with the ability to work across different stores covering weekends, holidays or short notice shifts.

The Role
Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare has 11 stores, we are looking for Bank Shop Supervisors to work alongside the shop Manager and provide them with day to day supervisory cover during holidays, illness and when the Manager is working at other shops. You will be responsible for working with an experienced volunteer team to maximise sales within the store.
We are keen to hear from applicants with visual merchandising skills and are encouraging those with creative skills in order to ensure the store is well stocked and operating efficiently, professionally with high standards and improved levels of income. As important is having a positive attitude with a focus upon flexibility and teamworking that will help deliver an excellent service and brings out the best in those you work with.
