Resilience hub for staff volunteers
Staff and volunteers at Lindsey Lodge can access resources from Humber, Coast and Vale Resilience Hub. The Hub has a selection of useful information regarding your wellbeing, including things such as long covid, bereavement and loss and mindfulness.
Hospice UK Wellbeing & Resilience Hub
Whether you are an individual looking for support or a manager or hospice leader wanting to better support staff, this is where you can access ideas for reflection and resources.
As well as some links and ideas for maintaining wellbeing, you’ll find a series of helpful training videos and a checklist and framework, to assess resilience strategies for supporting staff and help with building your own.

Mind, the mental health charity
Mind offer a plethora of resources for those seeking more information, guidance or support with their mental health. From YouTube videos and workplace guides, to fascinating research and advice about where to get help, treatment options and advocacy services.
Mind also provides a Recovery College, which offers a range of free, short courses, which can be found here:-
Living Life to the Full
Living Life to the Full is a free library on online resources and courses that teach a range of life skills that aim to improve wellbeing and resilience throughout life.
NHS Audio Guides
The NHS has created a number of free audio guides on mental wellbeing that have been developed to boost your mood, covering low mood and depression, anxiety control training, sleep problems, low confidence and assertiveness and unhelpful thinking.
Calm 10-minute meditations
Calm is a leading app for sleep and guided meditation; however, they have also developed a series of free to access videos of YouTube called ’10-Minute Meditations’ which are exactly what they say on the tin
Suicide Awareness and Social Isolation training
These online sessions are free and only take 20 minutes, teaching you the skills and confidence to have a potentially life-saving conversation with someone you’re worried about
Menopause Training sessions
Sessions available to book online. The session itself is for everyone, those experiencing menopause and those playing a vital support role.
