A massive thank you to  keen cyclist Val Taylor who has completed the Prudential RideLondon 46, raising over £308 for Lindsey Lodge Hospice.

She said: "I feel fortunate that I was able to take part in the event and support fundraising for such a worthwhile cause.

"I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and  two thirds of the way into the  ride I decided to set myself a personal challenge of completing in under three hours –  which I did with several minutes to spare!"
