The Role
Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare has 11 stores across Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare has 11 stores across North Lincolnshire, we are looking for a Shop Supervisor for our Scunthorpe Warehouse. Working alongside the Retail Area Manager and an experienced volunteer team to maximise sales within the store and create a professional shopping experience for our supporters.
We are keen to hear from applicants who have visual merchandising skills and are highly organised in order to ensure the store is well stocked and operating efficiently, professionally with high standards and improved levels of income. As important as your skills is having a positive attitude with a focus upon flexibility, and team working that will help deliver an excellent service and bring out the best in those you work with.
